Payment Arrangements
To facilitate the payment process, you will receive a payment link offering various payment options. A deposit of either 20% or 100% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking (100% for bookings that are non‒refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check‒In
Check‒in is possible daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive outside of these hours, please call the contact telephone numbers for arrival.
Keys
Personal check‒in takes place directly at your booked accommodation.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us by phone at least 3 hours before your arrival so that we can be there when you arrive. You can find the telephone contact details here in your guest folder under “Your contact person on site”.
Parking Place
2 free parking places is available directly in front of the building. You will receive the detailed information 5 days before arrival by mail.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking places must be left no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. A check‒out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
For each person, a laundry set consisting of a sheet, a pillowcase, a duvet cover, and two towels is provided. Each toilet is also equipped with two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, you will find two dish towels.
Hygiene Products
Our accommodation provides soap as toiletries. Additionally, a hairdryer is provided.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
